Acceptance of Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@ethics.aieduacademy.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content—including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software—is the exclusive property of Ethics AI Education Academy or its licensors. You may access and use content solely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Subscription & Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Automatic renewals occur unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Pricing and billing terms are subject to change with 30 days’ notice via email or site announcement.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with system integrity or security; (c) upload malicious code or spam; (d) impersonate others; or (e) scrape, harvest, or automate data collection without express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Ethics AI Education Academy provides services “as is” and “as available.” We expressly disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
